Japanese Style Pasta
A simple yet delicious variation on an Italian classic. A great way to try out unfamiliar Japanese mushrooms.
- Stem all the mushrooms, and finely slice the shiitake.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and cook slowly on a low heat. When softened, add the white wine, salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and stir-fry it. Once the ingredients are mixed together well, add the soy sauce, swirl around and then add the butter. Serve garnished with chopped chives.
