Original Sushi Competition 2012
The Original Sushi Competition, sponsored by Kikkoman and S&B, is back for 2012 and it couldn’t be simpler to enter.
All you need to do is create your own sushi recipe and submit it to us along with an image or illustration. There’s only one rule: you must use vinegared sushi rice as the base of your sushi. Other than that, it’s up to you.
