Prizes and How To Enter
We're now accepting entries for the Original Sushi Competition 2012. Will your sushi be crowned Original Sushi of the Year 2012? Get cooking and creating to find out. The competition closes on Jun 30 2012.
The Rules
Entrants need to come up with an original sushi dish that uses vinegared sushi rice (You must use vinegared sushi rice but apart from that there are no restrictions on ingredients – be as creative as you like!)

Send the details of your dish – that's name, full written recipe, and a photo or illustration – to us, together with your name, date of birth, email and a few other details. You can apply online or by post.
Entries will be judged on taste, presentation and originality.

The Small Print
